@Dannystaples14 @abbasreza @innocent69 At this point I think the only things that are gonna really be new in consoles are the hardware and OS. It's kinda sad to think that there has only really been an update in the graphics from the last gen to the next gen. I mean it just seems like the same old games with a new coat of paint. The Wii U tried to do something different atleast but everyone just seems to write it off as a last gen console. Other than Nintendo, console manufacturers are just sticking with a formula that they feel is gonna keep working, which I think is limiting innovation.
In case you didn't know, the original Red Riding Hood story is sometimes analysed as a warning for little girls to watch out for strangers. It's also seen as a story about losing innocence, which would explain the whole idea behind this game.
I recently started collecting some retro games/consoles I never had a chance to play and I'm already attached to some of the games I've bought (namely Zelda and Metroid on the NES). I feel collecting in moderation is harmless but like everything it becomes harmful if it takes over your life.
@GSJones1994 @corrus I totally agree that each iteration of Mario, Zelda, Metroid, etc. is different but I would really love to see some new IPs by Nintendo as well.
@the_big_doggg To the same effect I could say that GS supports Microsoft cause they gave Last of Us a review of 8.0 whereas other reviewers gave it far better scores...the point is each individual writer/editor has different opinions but GS as a whole doesn't support any one corporation. I mean I've heard people say that GS is funded by MS so it must be biased towards Sony. At the end of the day you can't really prove anything but to each their own I guess.
