I just dont understand this, why do pc gamers complain about console ports and the when they get it they say its super dumbed down and not worth playing?

I noticed throughout the game the major boss battles, flemeth, the other dragon and the archdemon arent fighting back/ freezing in midbattle and just standing there.

whats wrong? is there a way to fix this?
