I loved this article. Though I haven't played any of the Mass Effect games (yet) I agree with everything that was said, especially the parts towards the bottom of the page, the homogenization and all that. I'd never really been able to express my distaste for some series, (Like WoW and the Zelda series, especially when compared to other RPGs) and this really helped me understand my own opinions about the subject. I'd never really been able to describe it before, but now when I'm trying to explain I can just point to this article, so thank you very much for that.
