They also warn that the save won't be compatible with release. No one was duped, everyone knew from the frontpage of the game and their two previous games what was expected.
Players got a front page seat and got to change the game in so many ways. It was an incredible experience.
Also they had paid testers the updates were pushed in their stable version to EA players after they went through QA.
@mogan: Because when you have quotas you have to fill them regardless of if the skills of the individual are better than those not included in the quotas. They can be "qualified" but unlikely to be as qualified if that hire was made through the much bigger pool not restricted by quotas.

Anyways you might or might not cheat. But personally I agree with him, it sure seems like you do from how apolegetic you are for the practice. But again you might not, we don't know, but you know if you do. A little self respect, a little look inward and you have the response if you are a cheater or not.
And cheating is a big deal. It's not the biggest far from it. But something can be wrong without being the biggest kind of wrong. That doesn't need explaining does it?
When enough people do that kind of wrong it becomes a big deal. Anyways people paid for the game, set up their own personal time aside to enjoy playing. A lot of people have busy jobs and those few hours are precious. But even if they weren't, it's not okay for low lives to ruin that time for them. And I see you are trying to engage in reductio ad absurdum by making it seem we are saying it's the worse thing there is. With things like "I don't go cry in a corner and cut my arms or something" and everything you pepered in your post.
But come on. You know it's wrong, please stop cheating majikayo666 and ruining people's gaming time .
If you cheat, that's sadly what you are. If this kind of things didn't appeal to you or your morals were higher you wouldn't do it.
Just like someone that cheat on his/her bf/gf is someone that has the capacity to do it, and if it was done once it will happen again.
@majikayo666: If you cheat you get banned. You don't flip a switch to cheat, you have to look it up and install outside programs, often pay for them. It's not a spurr of the moment decision.
If you cheat you are a cheater and will do it again.
And even if it might be just to have fun for afternoon. That's ruining by cheating tens of people's fun who just wanted to play by the rules.
This should be treated, at least, as attempted murder.
Swatting is not sending firemen to someone's house. It's not sending medics, or pizza.
It's sending armed men that are in high tension as they were told people's live were at risk in the building. If it was only to bother there is no need to send that kind of squad. This is attempted murder.
