What's this about power, power? Did the first playstation won against the n64 thanx to power? Did the ps2 won against the GC and xbox thanks to power? Is the NDS wining against the PSP thanks to power? it's not power that makes you win, it's games and prices.

Well I REALLY want the ps3 for some games, like somes of the FPS anounced (whose I have forgot the names :p). But mostly FFXIII coming out, and all the RPG that will come out next like on all the ps systems. However since the Blue-ray is totlaly new, I'll wait. I have no advantage to have one for at least 6 or 8 month after the ps3 will come out... I don't buy movies... (not like there will be much out on blue-ray that will take advantage of it anyway...). And blue-ray writer won't be out before long at a correct price, and most importantly won't be working well before a few month. Also, and that is VERY IMPORTANT. Remember the fuss about the ps2 and it's dvd player when it came out ? Still at that time the DVD players were comon. And now Sony is giving us a new game system, with a totaly new player. Well I say NO. Not until a new version will be out. (remember we are at the tenth version or something of the ps2). Cause I don't want to spend at least 776 euro ( the PS3(599)+69+69 (two games)+39(one more controler)=776) on a game system that will die on me after two weeks or wich blue-ray player will be capricious. I have an x360 under my TV, the Wii will take the place of my GC, but the Ps3 will have to wait to take the place of my Ps2, to do that it will at least have... well to work like it should for a reasonnable % of all the buyer. Not 30 % of them having problems playing games, or 25 % of them having unsanely long loading times...
