All 360's can play the select Xbox games that are available through its partial BC. Only the early PS3's are fully BC and many of them do it badly. At least Microsoft is supporting the few Xbox games for all 360 SKU's.

That's outright BS. I have a 60 gb PS3 and I play PS2 games all the time and my PS3 does it way better than my PS2 ever did. Just upscaling alone proves that. What reasoning do you have that the PS3 does PS2 games "badly" ? That's just not true, and that's coming from someone who actually has a PS3 and actually plays some PS2 titles.

Except for personal preference, exclusives, LIVE (If you do not mind paying)... C'mon there more than a few good reasons to own a 360.

Yup, this. All racing games cull offscreen geometry like crazy to keep it looking pretty. Thats what turns were for back in the day, to hide pop-up. You're gonna be passing small groups making your way up to the "real" ai car up in front. The game knows where all the cars are, but its not like its drawing them the whole time.

Yeah all this, in addition Forza has good enough graphics that the game is not diminished. There's more to a good game that primarily graphics as it is.

So GT5 is already out and rated? How many people have crystal balls here? :P And no, prologue was scored down for not being a full game, so don't think that score is any indication of what GT5 is going to get.
