So you don't live in the states fine and you win $50,000; now our of country so the US will take 50% of that for taxes and now whatever coutnry you are in is going to want a piece of that too so now your probably down to a few hundred dollars

Also kind of makes sense these expansion had to be created after the game was complete, only $20 bucks if you get the season pass

now if this was EA this would have been made with the game and then taken out last minute to have to buy to unlock that would have pissed the hell out of me too
