I got offered a deal from one of my mates.....

I could either get Halo Wars & Halo ODST for $40]

or

Bioshock I and II for $60.

I love FPS games and I'm a huge fan of Halo I and II but I've never played any current gen Halo games.

What one is the better deal ?

[QUOTE="Guaracy-"][QUOTE="RoyalWCheese"][QUOTE="Guaracy-"] Unfortunately, yes you need a capture card, or something else that you can use to record the video directly from your TV and make it into an audio file. A DVD recorder might work... You just record that stuff into a re-writable DVD and record it from the DVD into your computer. I'd be making loads of machinimas if I didn't need it :P

Yeah, it's a shame you can't even save them to your hard drive though.....

You do, actually. The thing is, you can't convert them from the cinema files from Uncharted 2 (which require the machinima tool from U2 to view) to a regular video file, like .avi and .mp4, like Black Ops does. Black Ops has a little "record" button in which you record the screen which you are filming in the theatre, then make it into a regular video.

Ya but I heard you can only record 30 seconds or so with Black Ops, is that true ? Because I would buy Black Ops just to make machinima, if you could record for longer.... Or possibly merge videos together ...

How do you upload it yourself then ? Do you have to have an Hauppage HD PVR or a Easy Cap Capture Card or something :(

Not even close to being the best ever.

theuncharted34

And what is? You need facts here, or AT LEAST opinions ;). I can understand if you dont like the game, but it is amazing and arguably the best battlefield game, which is my favorite FPS series ever.

Team fortress 2, Half life and Crysis come to mind. Personally though Killzone is my favorite FPS series.

Not hating on your opinion or anything but, I found Killzone 2's multiplayer to be a little unbalanced.

Alot of my friends play this, I'm thinking of buying, Is the MP balanced, I heard complaints of everyone using the sniper online because it's so overpowered.... Anyhow, I also heard it's an amazing game, what do you think of it ?

mattuk69
Great game yes, one of the best? No. BF2 and BF2142 are still better imo.

Is it a better FPS than Modern Warfare ?

when at the cinema mode toggle the level where that happen, then "protect" it. You have to upload it yourself but by protecting the game it insures it staying on your U2 thing forever.

Melpoe
So its possible ???

[QUOTE="funsohng"]does Resistence series hace many SP sequences where you go into enemy territory alone, or is it more of Call of Duty style no-one-fights-alone. I hate lonely SP FPS.

Your pretty much allways on your own, which completely kills the emmersion, it would have been so much better if you were fighting as part of a army, or at least a squad, or if they had centered the story around being some random survivor who is fighting against the Chimera. Hopfully R3 impoves on this though...
