CANT WAIT FOR THIS! I'm so excited to play this to put my strategic mind into... wait... What? WTF is this?!

I'd rather go back and play Renegade.

They should really take Deus ex off this list. The FPS drops are so random that it's quite clearly just lazy optimisation rather than a resource hungry game.

@darthrevenx: I'm sorry to be that guy but there's a very good explanation for a lot of this, It's written for kids. I've read a couple of the new canon comics and they're all pretty simplistic in their style and story which leads me to believe its pretty much aimed at kids.

Part of me is upset about it but then part of me remembers... It's fine, The original films were aimed at a younger audience than i am now. They want to appeal to a whole new younger audience... and that's fine. We grew up with Star Wars, if it had grown up with us in the same way then we'd be excluding thousands of kids from having the awesome experience that we did. Rogue One looks a little more grown up, I'll look forward to that and leave the comics alone for now.

@squall_83: Have to say I agree, I've just gotten cardboard and whilst it is a great novelty it's not really advanced enough to support extended use.

Come on Gamespot! you've seriously got to do better than this.

A better headline would be:

"Man says he might take job that isn't on offer."

I've come to the sad conclusion that we have to accept that GS is no longer a site just about gaming. But come on, this isn't news, it's just clickbait. if you're going to do entertainment journalism please put in the same amount of effort that you do for your games journalism.

I clicked because I liked Smallville (despite its many flaws) and thought the idea of having Welling play Superman was an interesting one, your headline suggested it was a possibility.

@metallinatus: Whilst i've not played the latest iteration I disagree with the sentiment that the originals were for the hardcore gamers. I remember when the first game came out, all of my friends who had a playstation had a copy. The marketing campaign was pretty big and centred around Lara croft... an attractive heroine with unfeasibly large mammaries. I'm pretty sure they were appealing to the casuals from the off.

What's the difficulty level like? My biggest problem with the more recent games has been that it's far to easy. There's kinda no point in worrying about stealth when you know its incredibly easy to win any fight you accidentally get into.

Stop it GameSpot please... listen to us and just stop it. I like films, I really do. But I come here for games. I go elsewhere for films.

Kinda looks like a cross between systemshock and dead island... not the worst idea ever.

@harharhar69 Though I'm not the biggest fan of Spider-zombie, it seems a bit unfair to blame a lack of writers when we've not really seen a huge amount of the story or dialogue.
