i never said there was something wrong with their candles...-San-
I know that, that wasn't what I meant. what I meant was how can you celebrate a religious holiday then complain aout it being religious?
I don't care who celebrates Christmas, but it just doesn't make sense to me to complain about religious people celebrating it when they have every right to.
[QUOTE="Pearl_of_Egypt"][QUOTE="-San-"]well they should tone it down a bit. no more jesus being born stuff cause he was actually born in june or july-San-
why should they tone it down? it's their religious holiday and they have every right to celebrate it as they like. if you don't like it don't celebrate. and Jesus born in June or July? um, no.
what's next, you're going to start celebrating Hunnikah then start complaining about all their candles?
no cause i dont celebrate hunnika and never will. and christmas isnt really a christian holiday anymore.
you completely missed the point...

Uh. There are some documents found that stated that Jesus was born in June or Juy. So um, no.
funny when I look it up I find links saying September, and all of that is speculation as they are trying to determine when John was born since Jesus was born six months later. fact remains, the exact day of his birth is unknown and the 25th of December is when it is celebrated.
