I haven't been able to find a Wii U at my local stores. All I see are boxes that say Wii U but clearly showcase a controller with a screen in it. Clearly this can't be it.
Thumbs up for Jess. Thumbs in the middle for TESO. Thumbs down for the fact that gamespot will probably stop having vids with Jess, just like they have with the last couple things I enjoyed (Start/Select and On the Spot)
I like how the news stories alternate between predictions that consoles will soon be obsolete or a small niche market, and predictions that the next generation will sell an absurdly high number of units.
@PixelAddict I'm sure that there are numerous people working for the U.S. government who are, at this very moment, working out how they can force MS to spy on people through the Xbox because of "national security" matters. (srs)
Obviously I want to see more interaction, but the worldwide/market comments make me fearful. DQ VIII sold nearly half a million in North America, and DQ IX sold over a million outside Japan. Even your turn-based old-school rpgs will sell here, you just can't expect a block buster, and they have to be good games. I just hope they don't bring DQ X to North America, and then cite the poor sales as a reason to not bring future titles from that franchise here.
