I hope UT3 is great and it probably will be. But Halo 3 multiplayer is astoundingly good. I have spent more time with the Theater feature alone than the time it takes to play the entire Heavenly Sword campaign. Halo3 will provide any serious gamer, and especially FPS multiplayer fans HUNDREDS of hours of non-stop fragging action. It will be horribly sad for any FPS fan to miss this game. It's that frackin' good.

you do know there are 3 previous versions of UT right? and i have played them. and so therefore i do still stand by my previous opinion.

Your previous opinion was that a game that is not released is better than a game you have never played. Don't try to back-pedal now.

It's pretty easy to see that you are just a fanboy... but if you want to try being a gamer, than play Halo 3, one of the greatest FPS multiplayer games to ever be released on any system... and then ALSO play UT3, which will probably be great as well. Just don't act like you are some kind nerdstrodomus.

The 360 already has 66 games rated GREAT or better!

The list of games rated GOOD or better stands at 150.

List of highly rated games on the XBOX 360

The multiplats are better on the 360 about 80% of the time. The multiplats have quite often been released first on the 360, some upto a year before the PS3. Not to mention, the 360 EXCLUSIVE list is larger than the PS3. You really know very little about gaming, it seems.

Your logic is flawed.

MS has ANOTHER holiday season to put more 360s into gamers hands. The more 360s that are in gamers hands, the more developers will favor the 360.

As much as Sony fans like to tout that 2008 will be "Sony's year" the 360 will have plenty of great games in 2008 as well. But 2007 will definately, especially with this holiday season, be a big boost to the 360 console, and that effect could last the entire generation.

2008 will be a great year to get the PS3. I will probably pick one up eventually. I do, however, feel sorry for the early adopters, as Sony has completely failed their hardcore fanbase.

If that lameness is the only insult you can think of for Halo 3... then Halo 3 wins.

The game looks beautiful, plays great, has some of the best multiplayer ever, is fully online-intergrated, has features never before seen in a game, has more replayability than just about any game ever made, the single player campaign is awesome with 1, 2, 3, or 4 players on one TV, system linked, or over Live, a fully featured free roaming camera sytem with automatic saves of 25 recntly played matches or campaign levels, Bungie.net... and you insult the resolution?

You two are not gamers. You don't have to like Halo 3, but it is a gaming masterpiece and has more value than any console game in history. So be quiet, fanboys.
