Because people are morons, and think that every Wikipedia article, ever, is completely false and inaccurate. Those same morons also don't realize the cited web pages at the bottom of the page, with links to the websites where the information was obtained.LZ71
Like for instance, today, I was watching a movie with some friends, and we thought we recognized a character from another movie. So I look it up on wikipedia. Than I get yelled at and called a dumb*** for using wikipedia "cause it's not accurate" (even though it uses sources and all that). But seriously, there are times wikipedia is definitely wrong, but stuff like cast members, it's pretty accurate. Do your friends ever bug you like this?
