I will always be a PC gamer till parts get so expensive till i cannot afford them, as for DirectX10 coming out i could care less until more games start using it, if i can my games on DirectX9 till 10 comes out i will do so till i have to upgrade my parts which will be a sad day cause it will put me in Debt :cry:
If you thinks Gears took all it could out of Xbox 360 you are a sad sad person, its been a year since xbox 360 has been out and companies have already said there is much more to be used on the Xbox 360 hardware, and as for future proof.....if you even read anything going on MS is bringing out new stuff all the time, unlike Sony which takes ideas from other companies and sells them as their own.
an achievement system is all fine and dandy but i think its a little too late to be implementing it now, Sony should be more focused on getting more games on their system instead of dumb stuff like this. But who knows it might be a hit but this isnt gonna bring Sony anywhere up in my book
Frankly it all depends on what games support online play, if they make games to support both and its free for devs both ways MS might drop the price, but as usual these are sony promises which means they are prolly gonna charge us $15 and call it a better service, typical sony crap.
For me my Reason to buy and Xbox 360 goes deep into the past..
Back in the day i got a ps2 when they came out and it was great for the first couple months, then i played my cousins xbox just as it was coming out and i fell in love as i got my first frag in halo, soon after i stopped playing my playstation cause i didnt want to play Japanese RPG's 24/7 (nothing wrong with that on occasion) and got more into my xbox after i bought one, and then i got a PSP and hated it so by then i had lost my trust with sony and just didnt like their systems anymore (my ps2 broke 4 times by the way and i took very good care of it, never left a single thing in the system, even put a time limit on how much i played it) and then when they announce the 360 i knew i had to get one so i reserved one ASAP and when they released i got my 360 some games and will never look back. And now im glad i got it because there are amazing games comig out for it, sony fanboys will surely flame me for this but its the better system in my opionion cause its cheaper price and less Emphasis on "HD" and more on great games and content.
