Yes it is.

And when they don't factor in price, that's a MISTAKE.

A review is supposed to inform potential buyers if the game is worth the money they will spend on it or not based on how much they'll enjoy the game.

Eh, the original GRAW was decently good. But yeah, every game after that went downhill.

I gotta say, I really like the "Different take" review thing.

Hope you guys keep this up.

@Fallout777

It's punch is not very powerful, but it has the most pushback distance of any punch.

It doesn't do much damage, but moreso than any other Titan, sends them reeling backwards the farthest.

Stryders are hit-and-run Titans, so their punch is basically a "Get Off Me" tool.

This is because most everyone uses Ogres.

Ogres need Electric Smoke because they can't move fast enough to avoid rodeoing pilots like the Stryder can. And with their massive health they are less dependent on a defensive option like Vortex Shield or Particle Wall to stay alive in a fight.

Stryders are the opposite. They are very difficult to rodeo with their movement speed, but they need a defensive option because a single missile barrage can wreck them. So they can't really give up a Vortex Shield for Electric Smoke like Ogres can.

Feedbackula was always depressing. It was kinda part of what I call, the "Gamespot cycle."

1) Create click-baiting articles that stoke fanboy-rage and comments.

2) Create a show that harvests the fanboy-rage, and throws it back at the them for being close-minded and inflammatory; thus decreasing this behavior

3) Then re-increase the fanboy-rage by creating more click-baiting articles that will obviously start more fruitless discussion, and produce dumb comments.

... and the process repeats and repeats... Gamespot has only increasingly become a magnet for fanboy-rage, and misguided anger that leads to unproductive discussion...

Can't say I'd recommend using the Electric Smoke instead of the Vortex Shield as the Stryder.

Yeah, it might be good for that offensive strategy. But you do need to at least live long enough to initiate any offense.

The Stryder is made of glass, and electric smoke won't shield you from missiles salvos that you can't always dash out of.
