@mike468: It isn't so much that if one state has an impact but that Hawaii is setting precedents to carve way for others to follow.

@RicanV: You're missing the point. Games like GTA are accessible because the rating only goes up to M(Mature 17+) and the highest rated game stores are aloud to carry where kids buy. This bill is pushing for Loot boxes to be rate for ages 21 up which is AO(Adults Only). AO games are hardest for kids to access since most retailers won't sell it and most companies won't publish it or use their kid friendly IPs on it.

All a bunch of hypocrites. None of these women cared about helping the victims before, but since it's a hot topic now they're using it for their own personal gains. Men are also as much harassed but you don't hear about it much since these gold diggers can't benefit off of it.

@RicanV: Maybe not from the top banks, but there have been many incidents of desperate 3rd rate banks doing this since they don't require direct contact or proof and can be applied through mail. And again kids can buy cash cards.

@dacontag: It's not like trading cards because you have the choice of buying the full play deck. But with loot boxes they limit the option of gamers just buying the content they want. Also statistically people are buying less games that feature heavy microtransaction but the companies still make them since they make way more money on whales than selling millions of retail copies.

@dacontag: That's a weak counter argument considering that companies build their games specifically for microtransaction and as a result you get an incomplete or heavily nerfed gaming experience if you don't spend more money on top of buying the game at full price. Do you think people would be complaining if microtransaction was just a negligible bonus feature?

@ltjohnnyrico: You do know kids use cash cards these days. And that banks are more lenient on kids getting their own debit card to put the money they earn doing chores, babysitting, and even streaming. Get with the time old man.

@Triton: I would be afraid to get a whiplash injury trying to visually catch all the action going on.

@a7x_kill_la_kill: Single player games use to entice you to replay it by adding unlockable content and/or alternate endings. But now they mostly leave those extra stuff out for paid DLCs which cause the single player to suffer because of it. That's why I usually buy Complete Editions to get the most out of single player.

@timetraveler_x: Even if this game is best of Xenoblade Chronicles series, in no way it is as perfect in every aspect as Zelda Breath of the Wild to score a 10.
