@fedetaco I used to think like that, but the growing tendency is online gaming and multiplayer experience, single player still sells and it's a huge part of the experience, but it has a short end (unlike some games that take long time to complete), but there will always be people in multiplayer, you can meet new players, and there is always something to do.
I also don't compare COD to BF, both are shooters, both are great, but they are different. One may look better than the other, but also feel different, and has a different feeling while playing.
And wanting a good storyline is not dreaming, they should have it, because they gloat they have a great product for a $60 dollar pricepoint (for the basic game), so the least they should give is a great storyline and experience.
@Rushaoz @Xyllix More than $800 average (no tops), but less than the $1,500 mentioned above.
However, it is much simpler to just buy a console, put the disc in and you are playing.
The lifecycle of a console is much much longer, average to 7 or 8 years, and it could even be longer.
In 7 years from now, every game that will come for PS4 will run as intended in a ps4, whereas a pc built with a higher budget right now (let's say $800 dollars average) will not be able to keep up for that long with launched games.
So, not only you have to get more money to play on pc, your money devalues faster, and you will be left out of minimal specs faster, and that doesn't happen on consoles.
That is the reason why I come from pc gaming, and play in console... it is more practical to play in console and I do not have to worry about specs.
Also, playing in PC affects much more your electrical bill. A powerful PC will always require more power to operate than a console.
Of course PC will have more everything, but at what cost?
launching the first DLC with the game is just a way to make you pay for the game. The game already costs $60 dollars, but they want us to pay $110 with the premium at launch!
They at least should have a premium edition at a discounted price, like they did with BF3.
@mikemaj82 @KelboDelta Neither there were cell phones, nor internet in my house, nor facebook, not gmail, cars were different, and a lot of other things that makes the world what it is today.
See, I can't accept a bad or incomplete product today because when I was a kid there were no such products... one thing doesn't have to do anything with the other.
@metalblinga I disagree. Having a multiplayer is part of what makes me decide to give $60 dollars for a game and keep it.
If there was no multiplayer I would have bought the game later at a lower price, and if I bought it at launch, I would have already sold it, cause I already completed the game, or at least what I wanted to complete.
@danusty @TimberWolf_CLT I speak spanish as my native language, and I know the word with a Z (zynga), though I agree other spanish speaking countries use it with a ch.
HOME in the dashboard should be for you to start using your xbox, the games you have, the movies you have. Related items to your previous purchases should be IN the store, not in your dashboard.
