If Nintendo had games worth playing on a regular basis then there would be no reason for them to not have a console. But since the software has been less than stellar, having this less than stellar line wouldn't do Nintendo many favors anyway, even if they didn't have a console, right? Nintendo's different, and I think that they should go down with their ship if it comes to it.

Glad to see Nintendo makin it happen, even if I don't have a 3DS.

I think the Kinect could temporarily make people more polite because it's untested and eliminates the dissociative whatever where we forget online people are people. BUT, there is still no fear of punishment for jerk-offs amped up on competition who just want to make your life miserable. What might happen is just a new level of callousness where we insult people to their face.

Sometimes I wonder if these modes are created in order to keep cod players dependent on cod and nothing else. Cynical, i know.
