I really don't see how you can make this game an esport without taking away from the experience. Like what are they gonna do? Create lobbies that limit the map size/number of players/vehicles? That would basically be playing BF3; not that there's anything wrong with that per say but that's not what planetside is about.
At first I was gonna think that you just have bad tastes but then this comment basically indicate that you are clueless about the game. Try learning about something before dishing it next time. It's not like WC3 is rush free either anyways.
@jcr8 The only thing, gameplay wise, that is similar between sc2 and wc3 is that they are both RTS. Otherwise, they are way different experiences. WC3 focus on small armies and Heroes leveling. Units have tons of HP too to promote micromanagement. In SC2, the focus is on larger armies and macromanagement. Units die way faster. Furthermore, the 4 races of wc3 and the 3 races of sc2 play entirely differently. In other words, no, sc2 is not wc3 with a different graphical skin (like you suggested).
If you're gonna say SC2 is WC3 in space, might as well say that Halo is CoD in space, Super smash bros is street fighter in nintendo land, etc. A more accurate statement would have been "SC2 and WC3 are the same genre".
