Not a single in-car shot during the video review or in the stills? Is a cockpit view even an option in this game?

The red / yellow road marker reflections are mistakenly reversed in the side mirrors in the chase view. It's first evident about 30 seconds in where the markers are only on the left side of the road and the reflection shows up in the right hand mirror.

Point taken. However, one may argue that it's worth taking the financial hit (i.e., 75% - 66% = 9%; 9% * $19.99 = $1.80) to purchase "Amnesia" today in order to play it now rather than waiting for it to go on sale at a deeper discount.

"XCOM: Enemy Unknown" for $9.99 seems like a good deal on a GS 8.5 rated game that's only nine months old.

@sleepnsurf GT6 will most likely include the option to install to the hard disk like GT5 does thereby reducing load times. On a related note, the PS4 (finally!) includes a suspend / resume mode so you can quickly return to where you left off.

Well, Android's highest rated game at GS is currently 8.5...

In contrast, iPhone's highest rated game at GS is currently 9.4...

Then again, there are far more user reviews for the top Android games. The winner in this case really isn't clear. Might it have something to do with the fact that Flash isn't supported on the iPhone thereby making GS a less appealing destination for Apple users? Who knows... At any rate, I welcome great games on any platform; especially if they're released on a platform I happen to own.

"Physical media has been console makers' primary 'excuse' for nixing backward compatibility."

What's Sony's excuse for removing PS2 backward compatibility from the PS3? They've kept the PS1 backward compatibility intact. They even went from a PS2 on a chip to software emulation of the PS2, so they can't claim it's due to extra fabrication costs.

The games ought to be cheaper in digital format. You're giving up rights such as being able to share or resell the games. Then there's the possibility that the company will go out of business. Case in point, GS just posted the following article regarding "Metro: Last Light" and how THQ's bankruptcy is placing the game in jeopardy...

Additionally, "South Park: The Stick of Truth" may not see the light of day either. :(

Some speculation...

It would be interesting to see what the profit margins are like for GTA IV across the different platforms; that alone may explain the lack of a PC version. Perhaps there are some behind the scenes dealings to initially make GTA V a console exclusive under the assumption die-hard fans of the series with both a PC and console will cave in and buy the (I'm assuming) higher margin console version because they are impatient. These die-hard fans may even buy a second copy of GTA V for the PC if it ever materializes solely for the mod-scene benefits.
