Who is this Steam OS and Controller aimed at? Gamers like ME who love the control of Mouse-Look but want to kick back on the couch in front of the big screen to play games. I LOVE the idea, and I'm looking forward to it.
HAHAHA, Mattrick/Fattrick will never be able to live that quote down, so he might just as well deal with it. Some good deals already on Steam (yes, I've been away a week, hence "already") but I'm waiting for some nice flash sales on wishlisted games before I throw my money at Valve.
Just got the original Walking Dead game. First episode down and I really like it so far.
Another game I was curious about but probably would never have gotten otherwise.
I just bought until now Remember Me and Amnesia, but i will probably forget to play them.
"Sorry, but you're not permitted to view these materials at this time. "
Typical Steam. Broken shit.
I don't get the point of this show. It's faster to just look at the Steam website.
It would be much more useful if you had a graphic of the review score GS gave each game & perhaps some quick links to reviews.
As it is, it looks more like a commercial for Steam than a useful service to GS readers/viewers.
@Cloud_imperium I double that!
If you want to try immersion to its finest and be scared, just let yourself in and dont think too much
Ps: Ofc, play it at night with lights off, and a good set of headphones, it does helps a lot!
@thermalmotion Have a good play through :) It really is a great game.
Congrats, you just got the best two games of the last decade.
@Diegoctba haha. i laughed.
the problem is it gives awful deals, games like f.e.a.r, l4d2 and amnesia were 75% off and will probably come back...
"XCOM: Enemy Unknown" for $9.99 seems like a good deal on a GS 8.5 rated game that's only nine months old.
Point taken. However, one may argue that it's worth taking the financial hit (i.e., 75% - 66% = 9%; 9% * $19.99 = $1.80) to purchase "Amnesia" today in order to play it now rather than waiting for it to go on sale at a deeper discount.
@Inox555 @blackzio But XCOM is a daily deal. Half the games mentioned were "on-going" sales that are moderate sales that will be the same from July 11 to July 22...no point picking up any of those until the last possible day (otherwise you would be upset if you get bought one of those games to find it on sale for cheaper a day later)
For example, Amnesia is on sale now for 66% off as an ongoing sale, but its always on sale for 75% or more during a flash sale or actual daily deal.
