Should we laugh or cry? Tempted to joke about unlocking achievements for changing channels 500 times and watching adverts but it's really not even funny. There is a serious sinister side to all this when a company wants to control what you watch, what advertising you are brainwashed with and what products you have in the room with you. At least Skynet got it over with quickly.

@Grimkillah Exactly, now achievements are being used to force you to behave in the way Microsoft wants you to behave. Seriously worrying direction for a games console to head in. I can't quite get my head around exactly how insane Big Brother 1984 thought control this all is.

You can see the kind of person who would vote EA and the kind of person who has a bit more world perspective.
