The game has NOTHING to offer once you clear the story. And when you do they say "This is only the beginning"... yes, the beginning of milking you for dlc payments. Apparently a dlc is coming out in december, a small event on the moon. Grats.
The gear/reward system for pvp and pve are just like in Wow, run a dungeon to get enough points, buy the same gear everyone else is using. Don't expect any good loot from any world drops, they only serve as fodder to boost any gun/gear you are trying to upgrade. You can get some early neat gear if you explore the Golden Chests unlocks but they are only good if your char is lvl 10 or so and gets completely replaced with green gear.
The game actually only consists for 4 large maps and a hub area. Each "planet" level contains ALL missions, there are no other levels or diversity unless you play the multiplayer map.
This game is for people who likes Halo multiplayer. For everyone else interested in anything else, like gear, story, mmo, open-world stuff you'll be very disappointed. This game is NOT for you.
It could have been a little bit fun if they'd taken another year to expand the story, made offline mode, and 1-4 player couch co-op like the old halo games. that's just myy two cents.
The most noticeable about the character models are facial animations and texture density. Especially in face, hands and probably feet, but it was not show. I'm very, very curious about the Troll update, the trolls have always looked way too bad. Need rest of the models on show damnit! >.<
I... don't... see any point to this show what-so-ever... there is no feedback in here so why is it called "feedbackula" ? Gamespot is just popping out show after show of irrelevant and unprofessional stuff... is this their attempt to compete with game shows on youtube? Give it up and go professional again, you are a company and do not need to try and get into a youtube show trend. You guys have insider information about the industry that every gamer wants to know, youtubers don't. Friggin use it already.
Sigh, there are many ways to avoid piracy if you really want to. They are just being mainstream and going console. Imo, every game needs to exist on the PC. Consol is just a hinderance for gaming in general.
Hope it got enough difference to not be the same as Dishonored. I need another game, not another Dishonored. I know Thief is Thief, but just saying. Gameplay wise.
I think the reason why Xbox360 looks worse here is because bioshock is a game dependant on light/dynamic light ect rather than textures. PS3 has great lighting but normally Xbox360 has better textures, but bioshock does not require high textues to look good.
