Well, he's right. It's all about marketing. It costs quite a bit to make and market these games nowadays... so you wanna sell as many as possible. Especially when you have studios closing down... even when their game is regarded as a hit. Sales sales sales. So yeah... as much as he or his staff would like to make a female a main character in GOW, you have to consider stuff like this. It's the case for all games nowadays. The discussions on how to market a game probably include subject matter that would be considered sexist, racist, and stereotyping... but, well, that's our society unfortunately.
