As fun as Halo 4 is, I can't help but shake the "Same old, same old" feeling I get from it everytime I play. The Walking Dead and Journey are miles more interesting.

Aside from Fez & The Walking Dead (2 other downloadable indie games), all the other games you mentioned are shooters. At this point in this console generation, no shooter deserves GOTY.
