Genre Purity is bull. How would you define a genre???? RPGs for example have always Become different beasts. The definition of an RPG was different in 1989 to 1998 to 1008. I havent heared anyone complain on The LAst Chapter in Warcraft III.: Frozen Throne, dont Remember that BeastMan's name, but that RPG/RTS hybride chapter was just as Awesome as the rest of the game.

[QUOTE="Faller88"]Just finished Red Dead Redemption, now I'm going to continue Alan Wake. Getting a pricedropped game tommorrow, probably The Saboteur. Batman, Prototype or Dark Void. What do you guys think is better, Dark Void or The Saboteur????harry_james_pot
I haven`t played Dark Void, so i can`t say which is better.. I`d say get Batman and Prototype, those 2 are amazing. :)

Thanks, but I changed my mind. Splinter Cell.Conviction is now ahlf price (that was quick)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))). SO I might get that. On the other hand, online doesnt interest me, and I hear the singleplayer campaign is VERY short. Anywone played this yet????

Were not to picky. Games have become more expensive after all. Worth shouldnt be mejured in lenght but in quality. Par example, Bayonetta was the best 60 Euros I've spent the last 6 months, since its so great I'll play it again every few months. Red Dead Redemption was an allright experience, but I finished it in 14 hours and I'll never play it again.

You guys think 33's old? Wow, its probably the best age. Your financially secure, look your best and have in all likelyhood learned how to wirl the other gender around your finger.

Anyway,

1) Who here do you like the most?

2)Who here do you dislike the most?

........Hey, those are fair questions!!!!

Hi there.

I just got my PC back (Windows XP had to be reinstalled). Nothing new as in hardware has been installed. But now I suddenly have allot of screen tearing(or what I presume a seperating line is when I scroll up or down). I've installed all the latest graphics card drivers, but to no avail. I'm not much of a tech guy, so please, if you know the answer....give me the long version.....Thanks!!!!!!!!!

Havent opened up Awakening yet. Leveled an entire night in Final Fantasy XIII, my unused Characters have 600000 CP and I dont even Feel OverPowered.

By the way, I've been offered a job in New York City. Any advice on whether or not its worth Living in?

Hype and advertising means allot. If you hype up the hardcore (People on these types of sites.), you'll get upwards of 3-4 million units sold.(Both Ps3 and X360). Meaning there's a 50 million casual market out there that buys what grabs their attention. With Solid marketing you can get up to 25 Percent of them and get a 14-18 million seling game lke Call Of Duty.

Bioshock II, though I honestly wasnt a fan, is a good example. It only breached the hardcore market, so it wil sell a couple of million in its LifeSpan.

I liked the "handholding". By now, I really feel like I have mastered a complicated system. To use the God Of War III annalogy again, I know there is allot more to the combat in that game, subtle ways to get great combos while changing weapons and the like. But if I want to know it, I've gotta figure it out on My own. That Might be Great for someone that only buys a game every few months andMasters it......but thats not the case with Me. What I like about Final fantasy XIII, is that by now combatting an enemy isnt about whether or not I Per Chance learned to Know a certain tactic, or that I need to be many Levels higher, but purely about My Own Skill.
