WAYP - What are you playing?

Hey all

Use this thread to discuss any games you have been playing recently.

I have been on Football Manager 2008 (PC) just trying to keep my Coventry City team in the Preiership. I got promoted in the first season but I think it was a bad move as the squad wasnt capable of staying up as it was. I have spent heavily in January with them to get Villa, Davies, Price, Seoul, and a couple of other players to try and keep us up and so far we are improving, we have had a 4 game unbeaten run which was ended with a 5-3 defeat at Old Trafford (United were 4-0 up but we pulled it to 4-3 after half time but then they scored again in the 90th min to finish the match). Hopefully we can get more goals coming in to keep the relegation fight going, just 1 point from safety now!

I've just put down the original Far Cry for a bit as I've got to stealth into a village past all these goons and it may take a few attempts.

Much Like Gears of War in Hardcore which is going to test my patience to the limit but I want the achievement points yes sirree bob.

I'm trying to run past the berserker in GOw in Hardcore difficulty with AI Dom being unable to fathom his and therefore my certain doom every time.pai-may

You should try and get Xbox Live soon as some parts are easier to do on co-op like the beserker level.

I'm still stuck on Mount & Blade.  It's gotta be one of my favorites ever.

I've been checking out all the awesome mods for it.  Just waiting for the Prophecy of Pendor 2.0 mod  :)

He's pretty tough. Remember doing him on Co-op on Insane, it was pretty frustrating but eventually we lucked our way through it...

Ever since AP exams were done, everybody in my school has been playing pokemon in school (especially the old school Red/Blue/Silver/Gold games

Personally, I've started to replay COD4 for the PC after several months hiatus. Hoping for some new games...any suggestions?

What kind of game you want to play? I'd highly recommend Drakensang and The Witcher: Enhanced Edition; both are great RPG games.

I've checked out you tube and apparently there is a glitch which may make him a lot easier for me. Gonna try it today.

Haha I think babalities were quite easy....I remember Liu Kang's one was somethin like down down down blk or run. Had lots of fun with the game; I had the PC version.

No, the Cole train baby!

I have seen the giant worm for the first time and seen a certain place's events due to the worm but I dont want to give too much away.

I bought Gears of War 2 yesterday.

I love Cole.

I've been playing more of The Godfather, finishing up on the rest of the achievements. I went through a list of the 100 film reels, but I only have 99/100! I'm gonna use another guide WITH PICTURES this time, so I am sure that I will find the last one... So much work for an achievement, but it has to be done.

Ah, yep, the Cole Train's introduction is pretty damn awesome. Nobody plays the game better than the cole train baby! Yeah, I know where you are now. Let me know how you enjoy the next part of that chapter.pai-may

Well, it was bloody, now I have met Niles.

BUT THE BLOOD WAS AWESOME! I loved the part where they escape into a giant pool of blood... I don't mind buckets of blood at all. I don't like blood this much, though.

My friend had managed to collect all the vehicles in Forza 2, a truly daunting task that requires hours of Auction House browsing, but he gifted the cars I missed to me so I could get some achievements. I gifted them back of course. Or so he thinks.... MOAHAHAHAHAHAHA no seriously I gave them back.

The Touch came out on Guitar Hero World Tour, so I played that and some other songs. Still less than 500,000 dollars in that game.... I need to reach 1 000 000! It may be impossible seeing how I haven't come halfway in six months, but I will keep trying. Hopefully the DLC for GH5 will work with World Tour. I will also eventually get the drums so I have another reason to keep playing.

I liked the level, I thought it was something different that you just don't see in video games.

Had a lot of fun playing Witcher last night. *SPOILER*

My character had sex with a witch and then killed off an angry mob that wanted to burn her alive!

Played Wallace and Gromit: Fright of the Bumblebees again to get the rest of the achievements. Good game that. I love British people...

Also did some Gears of War 2 with Garfield, Loopy, Paul and the likes, which was fun until Garfield ruined EVERYTHING by hogging the sniper, which everybody knows only I am allowed to use! On top of that he had the nerve to lie to me and act like he was happy for my awesome headshot! Please! I know you despise me! (I hope you get this is sarcasm, I thought I made it obvious but just in case)

Did some Burnout Paradise as well. Nobody joined my game, so I joined some other people instead. Luckily they mostly did challenges I hadn't completed so all was well anyway. You can really only host a game with friends or people won't join since they stay away from matches that say "1/8 players".

Did some Fuel as well, and damn there's a lot to do. I am doing every camp systematically, and the challenges especially are taking a long time... Nothing bad about that, of course.
