@KBABZ That's an issue I hadn't considered either.
One workaround that comes to mind would be to encase the users field of vision with a HUD that relays visual data from a camera that reads a light wavelength unaffected by the distortion.
The only wavelength that I think would be workable is ultraviolet in this case and I have no idea how useful the visual data would be or how jarring the experience would be for that matter.
Which of the 4 devices will have the greatest impact? None.
The "Myo" on the other hand [pun intended] will have an incredible effect on just about everything, including [especially] gaming.
The flexible, printable touch sensor is the only device of the four that has incredible potential imo. I don't see this having a particularly tangible effect on the gaming world though.
The other 3 devices are incredibly gimmicky and limited. I don't see them making much of a mark on, well, any industry really.
@sonichunter99 @Defbal13 How do you think those 'acts of physical persecution' start? People don't just wake up one day and decide to persecute people because they're different. That shit has to fester in closed communities or, in the case of your example, entire societies through sharing and expression of ideas. IE: WORDS. To say hate speech is not discriminatory or harmful goes beyond the epitome of ignorance into pure stupidity.
Oh my god if they show an update of "The Last Guardian" at Gamescon I might just lose my mind. Already excited for FFXV and KH3 but if they update us on that game I'll probably have a seizure from the anticipation.
