Now, I have never played Ducktales in my life, but it would strike me that all the negatives leveled at this 'remaster', could be aimed at the original too, which I gather is pretty well revered?
The review confuses me. The again, McShea often confuses me. I'm not one to moan, but I genuinely cannot see where he comes from in his reviews.
I'm interested in it, though I am sick of the way Square dresses it up by calling it 'A Realm Reborn' as if the product before was finished in the first place.
Having NEVER played a Persona title before, is this a good place to start? I have a copy of P1 on PSP, but haven't gotten round to playing it yet. Besides, this looks much better.
@botswanky This is a very good, and sensibly communicated point. Unfortunately, the media nor gamers seem to have understood this yet and hold polarizing views on the industry.
In light of this, I feel it's absolutely necessary to enforce age restrictions. Parents just assume "It's just a silly game" and roll with it, and why wouldn't they? They don't understand, particularly as they've just grown up with 8bit VGs. However, it's in their interest to know what they're buying now, and as with films, perhaps more so, people NEED to stick to age restrictions.
Of course, this won't happen, and negative rhetoric will continue to be hurled due to lack of understanding.
How is this a bad deal? You're essentially getting a 99$ xbox; plus if you feel the need to migrate to the new xbox system then you'll still be paying for xbox live and getting all the extra features on the new system. Sounds decent.
