Indeed.
I have more than 60 PS2 games that I have yet to play. More that I have yet to finish or have just started.
And I still have around 10 PC games that I have yet to play, and many that I have yet to finish. In fact, I have hardly finished any game.

I would also recommend Oblivion. I've got almost 100hrs under my belt and I've still got a TON to do. Of course, I'm using the Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul (OOO) mod. I still have around 50%+ to go for faction/guild quests; I've only got 2 of the 20+ deadric artifacts; tons of sidequests yet finished/started and yet discovered; and I can only assume 10% of the main quest done.
OMG! I know of this game! Played it before. I am 100% sure I know which game you are talking about, but I can't remember the name either. *rakes brains*. Will try searching for it!
Edit:
I FOUND IT!!!
Is the game you are describing Warheads SE?

I know the game I was thinking of when you posted this topic was Warheads SE. :D
I enjoyed them both.
If there was going to be a Gansters 3 no doubt it will be open-ended given the recent trend towards sandbox games.
Both. I find a lot of current Western games are quite immersive such as Oblivion and Bioshock, but they often lack any real connection to the protagonist themselves. In other words, I generally don't remember even the names of protagonists in Western games.
On the other hand I greatly enjoy a lot of 2D Japanese games (and 3D ones like Devil May Cry 4), especially turn-based SRPGs like Disgaea, Soul Nomad and the World Eaters/etc. I also enjoy certain Anime-based games such as the Bleach games on DS. They just have more memorable characters who I remember.
All and all as far as the games that I have played; Western games seem more immersive and are more focused on 3D; whilst Japanese games that I have played are more 2D-focused with more laid-back, interesting, memorable characters (of course this is not to say that one does not delve into features of the other).
I'm 20, nearing 21 and I have never been in a relationship before. I would like to be in a relationship, but currently have not found anyone who interests me. So, I can wait; although starting a relationship after I leave University will (in my view) be a lot harder than doing so in Uni.
Meh, that's what they said about the computer. Nobody was going to buy a 10k+ computer.
And only a few businesses did. Then afterwards it became cheaper to make, and prices fell.
Doubtless the same will be the case for 3D technology in general.
