It sounds like you're using a video card with bulged/broken capacitors. I have seen it that way before. Check the capacitors on the card if you can. They kinda look like little barrels. If they are swollen looking or the tops are split, they are dead, and you will get issues with the video card.

Insert the disk and push F12 ( I think) And boot to the diskgmaster456
Yes that is the correct key normally, what happens is this takes you to the BIOS' boot selection screen, boot from CD drive, done.
Check to make sure Fraps isn't throttling the framerate to 30 or something, that will make the game look like it's performing badly. You optimally want 60 FPS.
From the little information we have, it sounds like the video card is failing. Check its temps, and if it is heating fast (65+ from idle) and shutting down, try cooling the case, if you see artifacts, which are lines and strange occurrences on the screen, you are having a failure.
Don't get married yet.
Tron.
If you're into it then sure. Personally (yes I'm going to get hate for this) I really just don't like the game... framerate is horrible and it isn't my TV cause every other game has good framerate. Also I don't know if it's just me but when I try to zoom in on the damn game, it takes like 5 clicks for it to actually zoom in... it isn't my controller either cause I went on Halo 3 and tested it for a couple hours and it was fine...o0Pwnzorz0o
The game is optimized to be installed on the hard drive, otherwise it will give you odd issues like the ones you explained.
Reach. I didn't think I was gonna want it, but then I saw that figurine statue and I was instantly snagged. Next will be Cataclysm if I pre-order another game that I didn't think I would. My friend is tempting me bad to get it, and the new trailer has really got me interested in Deathwing.
Counter Strike, Bad Company 2, TF2, Counter Strike Source, Left 4 Dead, Day of Defeat: Source, or any of the source mods like Insurgency or something like that. There's loads out there, most of it available for a very fair price from Steam.
In spite of him being naive enough to assume since Nico did it, he could, it is theoretically possible, but not without a nice bruise and a cut. Put something soft over the elbow to help prevent bruising or breaking.
