So I just got home about 20 minutes ago, and when I woke my video card back up, my screen was glitching ALOT. Right now its hard to make out alot of things on my desktop. Its hard to explain what it looks like, theres just lines and images appearing all over the place randomly. I've restarted a few times, and the only time I was able to see a stable picture, my screen froze.. It only does this after bootup, not when starting or in the windows welcome screen.

The video card is a GTX 460, only two months old. It has been overclocked to 800/1600 and has always idled at a cool 37 degrees.

What do I do about this?

Buy a new one or RMA it (its most likely under warranty still).

Its not worth trying anything else.

Have you tried booting up in safe mode?

Update: I just turned the computer off for about 5 minutes and checked the video card to make sure it was in place well. Turned it back on and everything is fine now. Is this still something I should worry about?

It sounds like you're using a video card with bulged/broken capacitors. I have seen it that way before. Check the capacitors on the card if you can. They kinda look like little barrels. If they are swollen looking or the tops are split, they are dead, and you will get issues with the video card.
