My right trigger does it on the controller that came with my system, did it almost as soon as i got it. My other one doesn't though.
this happened with Guitar Hero II as well. It's a really popular game. My Best Buy said Feburary. Plus they did say they put out a small supply.
Eragon, Cabela's African Safari, NBA Live 06, FN Round 3, and Open Season. All very easy games to get achievements for.
