what should my first 360 game be im getting it for my birthday can any one suggest my first three games in order or just my first if you want.

Oblivion, Rainbow Six Vegas, and Madden (if you like football). That will deffinetly cover the bases for you.

Oblivion Game of your favorite sport If your birthday is after Crackdown comes out then that will be worth at least a rental. I'm not sure how much depth it has but the demo was fun.
