I get only 2 games per year....

So christmas is coming up and iono what to get for it. Oh and about the title, yeah, it'seriously TRUE, i only get at least 2 games per year cuz my parents think they are a waste of time, when i do actually get one, it has to be the best pick i ever made without any regrets afterwards.

So yeah, I'm missing out on "current-gen" now. So what should i pick for my dying 360? any game that should keep me happy for a long time. So far i'm considering ASS'S Creed, MAss Effect or Halo 3. Anything else? and yeah, i already own COD4 so that's off the list, only one more game to have this year,

Mass Effect has horrible gameplay. The fighting is soo boring I sold the game 2 days after I bought it.

2 games that will NOT disappoint:

1. Call of Duty 4

I'm so sorry to say that if you only get 2 games a year than 08 is going to majorly leave you behind and I agree with the person that said you'll pass the 360's lifecycle LOL.

Wow, halo 3: Trash? Yeah, ive heard its disappointing before but "TRASH"? hmm, i'm temted to get it but so many choices, I already have COD4 though, and i'm not the slightest bit interested in Bioshock, so now my choices are down to either ASS's Creed, or Mass effect. Maybe Ace Combat anyone???

Do not listen to this fool. he does not know what he is talking about. Calling Halo 3 "trash" is absolutely idiotic. Overated? Sure. I think it deserves around 8.8 or 9. Trash? You have to be joking, Halo 3 is the best selling 360 game for a reason. People don't buy trash..

Obviously from your description of mass Effect, you are a bland shooter player who has never played a Bioware RPG before and has no clue on how to really play Mass Effect. Tell you what buddy, Pick the Adept or Sentinel Class, then say that Mass Effect has awful Combat..ME is an incredible game that has amazing story, graphics and gameplay.

As a person who owns Halo 3 AC and Mass Effect I'm telling you, get Bio Shock Im not saying those games are not good but BioShock is great.

I don't see a point in owning a system if you can only get 2 games per year. I get a new one each month basically.

Haloisn't trash, but it definetly isn' worth it in the replayablility aspect, nor is Bioshock. As for Mass Effect I don't know how you can say the combat is poor when you say bioshock is a great game (not that it isn't), but the weapons in Bioshock feel rather cheap and sub par.

I think Cod4 and Mass Effect are your best bets for replayability and quality as they are both fantastic games that will provide you with lots of fun (even until next Christmas)

Mass Effect has too many technical problems to really enjoy the game. That and the planets that you can "explore", you wouldnt want to... They are all EMPTY.

One of the those games being the greatest FPS ever made. HL2 with its 2 episodes took me a little over 22 hours to beat. Amazing experience

Bioshock is good, but isnt worth $60. its a rental. Beat the 6 hour campaign once, then return it

Could you maybe sell some of your old games or trade in your old games for new ones.

But yeah i would for sure get bioshock and halo 3 if you have live. if you don't have live then get orange box cause it has alot of replay value you could play it all the way untill next christmas
