I just dont see how one day Sony can oficially confirm FW 2.4 and its features and now we hear of these MS patents, can these patents really hold up and prevent sony from releasing 2.4?! Lets hope that Sony releases 2.4 BEFORE MS calls them to court on it, that way everyone will have it and once they distrubute it not like they can stop it! lol but on a serious note, is this talk for real about sony not releasing 2.4 now?!

I think its already to late. Once they said they were taking em' to court, They have to put a Hold on the Firmware 2.4 Edition.

You can check some other sources on the Internet, cause I may be wrong, but I think this is right. :o

Hey i am new to the site, and well i need a place to talk about gaming and i happen to be a proud owner of a origanal 1981 Donkey Kong Arade machine I got for christmas last year, i asked my dad and bam i got it.

Now my arcade machine is diffrent from others in only 1 way, it's signed by the world champain billy mitchel, with his score when he played my machine still on it with a score of 275300, saddly i can't play it in my room it's in my basement. And you want proof i got it?

Now im not any type of Fanboy...I enjoy the Playstation 3, and the Xbox 360...Just not the Nintendo Wii. To me, it doesnt fit as a "Next-Gen" Console.

I dont have this Problem when im playing Vegas 2 Online. It may be some connection problems.

Try to re-arrange the setup, just to see if that did the trick. If it doesnt, then you know you have a problem with your Xbox. :o

not to bad really, only gripes i would have would be:

5 ms instead of 2 ms

and only 1000:1 contrast ratio

of course thats just being picky. its deff a nice monitor over all. If it had a $400 price tag i'd be all over it.

Edit: i'd give it an 8.5/10. If youre a bargan hunter like myself you could understand why. still its a nice monitor.

Have you updated to the latest drivers? A 7300 is maybe a little too 'low spec' for Crysis, I have a puter running and 8800GT and that struggles with Crysis on medium.

The only decent results I get is from my main gaming rig that has dual 8800GTX's fitted, that runs sweet as on maximum settings :)

You shouldnt be judging peoples Opinions. On a Forum, People say what they feel is right. So if Tetris is what they stand for, so be it.

On the other hand, I happen to own an Xbox 360, So I voted for Halo 3.

At that price, definately get an 8800gts 512mb. This MSI 8800gts 512mb costs a little less and is much faster, the rest of your system looks great though.andyroo08

Most of the items you've selected seems to be pretty fine. The case is perfect for cooling, and an awesome CPU. To answer your question on the Graphics Card, its totally worth it. You can run pretty well all the new games on High Detail like Crysis, CoD4, etc. Another good thing is its not one of those fat looking cards. Its more of a longer looking card designed to fit in your case easily. For that price, I say you should go for that.
