Have you updated to the latest drivers? A 7300 is maybe a little too 'low spec' for Crysis, I have a puter running and 8800GT and that struggles with Crysis on medium.

The only decent results I get is from my main gaming rig that has dual 8800GTX's fitted, that runs sweet as on maximum settings :)

Lol you have problems running crysis on medium with 8800gt??

Are you running vista or smthing?

Because i play crysis on High with my 7600 gt lol

Ok it is bit laggy and fps is low but you should be able to play at least with 20-30 playable fps on high with that card

Yeah, it's never ran well on that PC. It has loads of ram (3GB), a massive 500GB disk and doesn't really do much else other than play some games. Anything over medium and the video stutters and pauses all the time, drive me mad! The PC is running Vista though, maybe it's something to do with that?

Yeah, when you are in Vista it automatically uses DX10, and that sucks a lot of power, besides you say that your computer doesn't do much, it might be time for an optimization.
