I am tired of all the threads bashing KZ2.

It is a good game, it was overhyped, but it's your fault for buying a game because of the hype.

The controls just take a while to get used to, I myself, the first time I played it I just turned it off, as the controls just annoyed me. The second time I played it, I got used to it a bit more, it's a lot more realistic control-wise.

The graphics are amazing compared to some PS3 games, theyalso look realistic.

The online is brilliant, it's a lot better than COD, ANYBODY can kill lots of people to getto the highest level, having prestige means nothing, well apart from you don't have a life. In KZ2 you do kill people to get to a higher level to unlock SOME new weapons, but themedal system means you have the be bit more tactical, say if you're a medic you would have to focus on reviving you mortaly wounded team-mate, or if you're aengineer then you might just prefer the shotgun or you might make a turret and use that turret to help get you kills. If you want to work in a team, thenyou should play with something called a CLAN, it's pretty obvious, there are about 400,000 people playing KZ2, there is bound to be a clan you can get into.

Every few hours I see a new post saying how bad KZ2 is or why somebody doesn't like it, I agree people are entitled to an opinion, heck this whole topic is my opinion, but please if you don't like a game, the people who do like it don't want to hear your whining. Hopefully this thread will stop bashing threads about KZ2.

Street Fighter has always been a series that I pick up every now-and-then determined to try my hardest, have a good time, and love it. I always go in with a great attitude, and yet time and time again, I leave disappointed. I just recently rented Street Fighter 4, thrilled by how awesome it looked and excited for some intense, lightning-fast matches. Several hours later, I was so depressed from losing for like the 50th time in a row that I never wanted to look at it again. To clarify, I am neither bad at games in general, nor am I a sore loser. I don't mind someone beating me in a game when I feel like its a fair fight. In every single Street Fighter game I've ever played, however, I've absolutely hated the control style. The whole system of making specific motions with the joystick seems finicky and easy to screw up, to the extent where the character doesn't do what you want them to do even if you know the input. It drives me crazy when I'm actually TRYING to spam hadoukens like a newb, and I can't even succeed at that, because one quarter-turn-forward-button worked and another did something completely different. I enjoy playing fighters on a higher level than mere button mashing, making it only more infuriating when you THINK you know what you're doing and the characters act randomly anyways. I can accept that I am "Bad at the game", but the issue is that I never feel like I'm learning from my mistakes or getting better, based on how random the game feels. I can't figure out what input does what moves, because they seem to almost keep changing, right in the middle of fights. All I can do is think, "Boy, it'd be really nice to use this move right now", knowing it won't happen. Sometimes I wonder if everyone in the entire world except me innately knows how to control Street Fighter characters. Personally, however, I don't see why the whole control scheme of wild joystick-twists and strange button combination ever got popular. Games like Smash Bros proved that having every single move in a game only require one single button and one single direction can work, and can still be deep and involved. I feel that Street Fighter could very well have similar controls, and would be funner for it. I could actually tell my character what I want him to do, and he'd do exactly that. But in all seriousness, my goal is not to hate. Quite the opposite, as I've mentioned that I really want to love Street Fighter games. They... just don't love me back.SouthpawHare

I do not understand why infinity Ward let's Treyarch develop those crappy games like Call Of Duty 3. Treyarch is just trying to get the unsuspecting gamer to buy their games because they have the Call Of Duty title, and it is ruining COD's reputation as a good series. I have faithfully played their games since the first one on the PC and then later played COD2 on the 360 at launch. I was soooo happy that the Call Of Duty series had gotten the amazing followup it deserved. So i was really delighted to find that i only had to wait one more year for Call Of Duty 3, as i'm sure alot of people out there were. I ran out and bought COD3 the instant it came out, only to find that it sucked, horribly. The Call Of Duty formula was there, but it was twisted until unrecognizable. I couldn't believe that Treyarch could screw something up that bad. Treyarch is simply screwing up the well earned reputation that Infinity Ward started. Hopefully Tryarch will do better with COD5, but i suppose we'll find out. Anyone else feel this way?
