@da_chub I support more Nintendo than the games you said, because their games are still good, but they focus too much on the same franchises. I know they would shine even more with more series as good as the old ones with using the Wii U and 3DS at their full potential.
And a console that supports third-party games will aid them on sells and couldn't hurt them, if they would do that, their consoles would be my first choice.

@VenomJamaica @AlkaPorty It's a metaphor... I love Nintendo and the Wii U didn't benefit them from a marketing point of view, but you are being selfish if you want them to change nothing.
Their games are amazing, but it's only a few compared to other consoles, and guess what, we live in a marketing world. Few are those who only buy a Nintendo game system since a lot of third-party games are coming on other consoles, and some are good.

Nintendo needs innovations, new franchises and consoles that don't live in the past.
I grew up with Nintendo, but it seems like Nintendo didn't grew up with me; for almost 6 years for the Wii of being released, I can count all the games that I loved on my hand. Same with the DS and this is probably what will happen for the 3DS and Wii U.

I'd love to see more co-op games instead of competitive modes like Assassin's Creed or God of War.
Even though it doesn't really fit, give the choice to play the story with a friend, kinda like Saint's Row or Halo; the story is based on single-player, but you can play co-op without the need to justify it in the story and it doesn't alter the feeling for the single-player adventure where you would feel like you need someone to really enjoy the game, like Resident Evil where you need the stupid AI the whole game just to justify the co-op.

I recently bought Tools of Destruction and wow this game is so great, a lot of great humor and an insanely fun gameplay. I just started Crack in Time, though I'm not that far in the game, the weapons don't look interesting as ToD yet.
This is one of the few games that the cut-scenes entertained me as much as the gameplay, I never thought a game like this could make me laugh that much, I'm looking forward for the movie.

That's all what Activision does, look at Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, Guitar Hero and lame movie-based games. When they stop selling they just kill the series, they are just marketing whores laughing at the face of customers.
And even that... it's mean for the whores who actually work harder than they do.
