If Halo could work as a film, Blomkamp is the guy! But the problem is exactly what he said: that his interpreation of the world could upset some fans.

Personally I hope he does do it as I don't think the Halo universe would be worse off with his interpretation of the world.

Fact of the matter is, people are using micro transactions. Black Ops 2 is still in the top 10 charts in areas of the world. This stuff SELLS.

If a business believes they can capitalise on this, they will. Apart from Projekt Red. Because they are awesome.

All I am saying is vote with your wallet, not on a gaming forum website.

I haven't played a Lego game since The Complete Saga and I love Marvel so I will probably pick this up. It also offers the chance to play as loads of super heroes which we haven't been able to do since Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2/

Such as shame, this looked awesome.

Guess we aren't gonna get a good new Star Wars game any time soon.

Bit like Steam then? They best have huge sales on to coincide with this choice, if it is even true.

@sephsplace @roadster213 I , too, am guilty of this. I see it like lending a game from a friend and usually you can't access the same content as buying pre-owned (thanks serial keys and online passes).

I have never played a pirated game I loved and not bought it. I pirated Dawn of War and ended up buying the anthology and the sequel and their subsequent expansions, so yeah.

Day one buy for me too simply on this principle that DRM hurts honest consumers.

@Adavanter And yet here you are. On the page of a game you knew was not going to appeal to you and now that reviews are out, you were right. And yet you still took time out of your day to purposely come onto the page and comment.

Wow.

Personally, I liked 40th day, it was a good little coop title which I got for a tenner and thought it was worth the money and was hoping this one would build upon the foundations that the other game had set. Clearly not.

Can't wait to get this and so glad it has done well (so far at least) critically!
