@darkprince2 B/c the other gamers are getting the exact same experience without any money going to the creators. What is so hard to understand?

@Thanatos2k How exactly are the developers unaffected? If not directly in terms of money from the publishers (or bonuses), than in terms of total sales driving additional work for developers in the form of sequels and what not?

@Madjik2k2 Why the gamer gets the same experience, but the people who put in effort don't get the same money?

@spartanx169x @-RPGamer- @shuwar These are definitely similar, the text is just printed data in this case. On that note I would defend the author/publisher just the same.

@shuwar @-RPGamer- Why not your experience is the same as the first person? It's not like a used physical object that has degraded in quality over time. The first person who plays game X, will game the same experience as the second gamer. Why should a developer/publisher get less/no money from the second gamer?

@shuwar Poor analogy, a used game is the same as a new game. Data is not like physical objects.

@Enundr @-RPGamer- @johnrayjr Many developers/publishers talk highly of DLC and microtransactions. If you're speaking for gamers, my guess is you're not speaking loud enough.

@johnrayjr Memo to gamers. Than developers and publishers will find even more ways to nickel and dime you to make up for funds they feel they have lost to second hand sales. Whether that way of thinking is justified or not.

@sdobati Some people can afford all they want, but live somewhere that a stable BB connection is not provided.

@Ayzed @-RPGamer- The only thing I don't like is 24hrs. If this was longer, like Steam I don't think many people would give a damn.
