@BuBsay Reviews are already subjective, now you're asking for another layer of subjectivity? The value of money varies greatly by person. For example, some one with a lot of money that makes gaming high priority is going to look at $30 and think not much of it.
Add on sales, natural decrease is cost over time etc. and you have one very confusing attribute to factor into whether a game is "good" or not.
People can factor in their own value, like you've clearly already done.
Maybe I would if they gave it more effort and took advantage of more of their MP design/tech. I hear this same thing for CoD, but I buy that game every year just for the campaign. Hate to break it to people, but plenty of campaign/co-op only gamers exist.
@poopinpat @-RPGamer- @focuspuller Really I didn't consider it much of a huge leap. It was just better looking, much like the generation leap we're discussing now.
And those PCs existed, regardless of whether you knew the people or not.
@poopinpat @-RPGamer- @focuspuller How many times can you make a leap from 2D to 3D, for example? I would say that is one of only generations that made an actual ground-breaking leap.
@pongley @-RPGamer- I can't view the video, working off the headline. Considering I thought ACIV was more appealing than Watch Dogs, I guess this just doesn't apply to me.
I like different opinions, and I like the alternate take feature that has been added (reminds me of periodicals actually).
But wow! A 4 usually tells me as a long time viewer of your site that a game is bordering on unplayable mess, which I would not even consider for a game like Bioshock Infinite. To be honest a score like that gives off the bad impression that you just wanted views...
Sadly, I even agree with a lot of your commentary, but that number distractions away from the more meaningful conversations.
