Seems to be faster paced then MW, but fun also. Does Hawken also have the problem with mechs over heating ?

I was also in the closed beta. And ive played MechWarrior Online's open beta. Both games are really good in their own way. MechWarrior is a little more strategic, and a lot more micromanaging your suit. Hawken is a little more faster pace, but still makes you feel like your in a giant robot. I would say Hawken's pace is a good medium. Not as fast as a FPS, but its not as slow as MWO. Both are good games, it really just boils down to preference.
I played the closed beta and have to disagree with the guy below me. I found the game to be incredibly entertaining and action packed! Check this one out if you're a fan of mechs!
Well... after getting on-line with the beta for an hour... I actually find the game incredibly boring. Something about it just doesn't feel right... perhaps the heaviness of the mechs/controls that makes you tend to press the keys hard to get the mech moving? Perhaps the overly cluttered scenery and the grain and dirt FX added to the cockpit glass? It was actually a relief to come out of the game and play something with truly spectacular graphics and fluid game-play: BF3
Hawken my little chummies is over-hyped like a baptist minister healing the sick on stage. You want to believe... you make yourself believe...
Hawken is still in a closed beta, unlike BF3 which has been a fully released game for some time now.
