Favours nostalgia over offering players something new.
Attention: old-school turtles fans! Most of you will remember Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (IV): Turtles in Time. An iconic side-scrolling beat 'em up which hit the arcades in 1991 and the SNES later in 1992. If you've m... Read Full Review

A breath of nostalgia ruined by cut levels and enemies
Ah the Ninja Turtles, back in the day Leo, Mike, Raph, and Don were everywhere, comic books, toys, live action films, and of course video games. While the games ranged from good to poor, depending on a gamer's point of v... Read Full Review

A Turtles in Time remake sounded perfect, it turned out to be the total opposite.
This is a rare moment where reviewing what's wrong with a game isn't very hard. I was excited to hear that the classic Turtles in Time game was being re-made. However, it is lacking in quite a few areas. For starters,... Read Full Review

The fact that the gameplay hasn't changed at all is actually a great point for me.
Aaah the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. None of the new games come close to the old school arcade games no matter how hard they try, and this remake is proof of that. If it works, don't fix it. That's what this comes down... Read Full Review

Old-school gaming, and I love it! Turtles in time is just an update of the original and its done cleanly and correctly.
The game is simple, a 3D, high resolution remake of the original arcade game...and it works well. The controls are almost identical to the original with the exception of allowing the players to attack up and down on t... Read Full Review

Alright well here we go, first off I want to say that I played and loved the original and use to play it all the time with my brother when I was a kid, so I would think that I know a lot about this game... Yes they cha... Read Full Review

This is actually a great game, how come no one likes it?
Turtles in Time Re-Shelled is a great old school beat em' up game. For some reason so many people are in this "Let's hate Re-Shelled Mood" because it's too hard for them or Gamespot gave it a bad review so everyone is ag... Read Full Review
