Great game. Loads of bugs though...
Many people have played the classic skateboarding franchise "Tony Hawks Pro-skater" to the latest "Tony Hawk's Ride". The majority of those games were made very badly with not much effort put into them at all. Then SKATE... Read Full Review

Practice, practice, practice. This game isn't an easy one, but taking the time to learn how to play is worth it.
For people who are interested in the Skate series, Skate is a good pick up. You can find it cheap at any game store these days. I think I bought my copy for $10 used. This is no Tony Hawk game. I used to be a die... Read Full Review

Tony Hawk been there done that; Skate, new revolution
Skate has brought a whole new addictiveness with its swing stick controls for the skateboard. I know that project 8 was the first skate game to let you use the analog controls to do tricks, but it was not there yet for ... Read Full Review

Forget Tony Hawk, Skate is the new must play skateboarding game.
The first thing I can say about Skate is that it is anything but a button masher, and I couldn't be any more thankful for that. I have been a fan of the Tony Hawk series for quite some time, but as we all know, you can't... Read Full Review

Skate is a great game, and while the controls are fun and unique, they're not quite perfect
Well, to start off, this game is presented very well. It's what you would call an open-world skating game. The city's size is perfect, not to big, not to small. It's also nice that you have the decision to either skate t... Read Full Review

The new tiltle for skate boarding games is EA. Not Tony Hawk.
EA officially has the best skateboarding games. In Skate you start out by getting hit by a bus, having surgery, and then creating your character. You control from what he looks like, to if he rides goofy or regular, to i... Read Full Review
