How far are you in Forza Horizon 3?

I thought it was great for a while, but at 50% complete, it's beginning to bog down for me now, with a bunch of little issues starting to add up.

It's as simple as this:

Forza releases Bi-annually so people are less inclined to get the next Forza knowing that in 2 years they'll be a better one.

PS owners know they're not getting another GT for a long time so they better go buy the latest release.

Ok GT releases every 3-4 years and sells 10-14 million. Forza releases every 2 and sells what? 3-4 million? The numbers till don't add up. 10-14 million vs 6-8 million.

GT sold good on PS3 7 years ago who cares? Don't you think its bad Sony has not released a first party racing game this gen? MS may release Forza every year but the quality never drops.

Quality never drops?? lol Forza 5 is in the 7s in metacritic. GT has always sold around that number not only on PS3. And GT usually takes more time cause Sony doesn't milk the franchise like MS.

Forza 6 is 87 and FH3 is 90's out in 2 years. Sony 3 years still has not released a top rated car (first party game) You comparing sales on the PS3 to xbox one sales, sad.

GT sold good on PS3 we have to wait and see if can manage similar sales on the PS4. From what i see nobody is hyped for GT sport yet?

Don't know but GT normally sells really well so I wouldn't count on it selling poorly

Its a new gen now so you don't know it will. What we do know is takes MS less then a year to come out with quality racing games packed with content. The reality is racing car fans have to wait to see something new on the PS4.

Wipeout at least will definitely be in the high 80s-90s in metacritic guaranteed. Also PS4 fans have been having a blast with VR in racing games which is one of the best things to come to the racing genre recently while xboners have to wait to see if it ever comes.

Nice sidestep to VR and to be honest who cares.. VR hardly runs that good on PS4 anyhow to rave about it. Just face facts Sony console is lacking. MS fills most genres successfully shooters, car racing, now RTS .. Seas of thieves will be interesting genre.

Lol nice denial. Most reviewers claimed RE7's definite version was the VR one on PS4 and most that have tried racing games with the PSVR say that they are much better than the non VR versions. Driveclub Bikes is not an expansion... You can download it as a standalone game... The same goes for VR. In both cases you don't need Driveclub.

Ah so you suspect GT Sport, and Wipeout to get those scores. Well the wipeout game that's coming out is a remaster, and will only contain Wipeout HD (87), and Wipeout 2048 (MC 79). Chances are low it will get in the 90's... GT, now that's a series in decline:

• GT 4 - 89
• GT 5 - 84
• GT 6 - 81

And you think GT Sport will even get in the 80's? Lists won't be equivalent, and it's time you stop with the blind hatred because you're only making a fool of yourself. Like when you delete multi-platform racing games from the list I showed. Sure they aren't exclusives, but they show you what reviewers think of current racing games. They find Forza to be the best, by far, just deal with it. Do you really have so much insecurity that you want your preferred console to be the best in everything? lol calm down, you sound like you're about to cry. I deleted multiplat games because they are on both systems so they are worthless for comparison. Wipeout HD was brilliant and Omega will add Fury and 2048 which was a mobile game. Wipeout plays much better on console and Omega will be like an enhanced version of HD with lots of extra content and circuits so it is very possible that it will score 87+. Even more if it includes VR.

The lists will be equivalent because the xbone has one racing game on the 70s like now the PS4 has. xbone has 2 on the 80s and one on 90s so if GT scores on 80s and Wipeout 80s-90s then PS4 will just be one game short of matching the xbone list quantity-wise cause it's practically there quality-wise. The PS4 will have one advantage though and it's that its list is much more varied (plus VR makes it even more varied). xbone list is focused on just one franchise while PS4's list comprises 3 different franchises so in variety PS4 wins as usual.

Lets summarize:

Quantity: xbone > PS4

Quality: xbone = PS4

Variety: xbone < PS4

So it's all a matter of if racing fans prefer quantity (xbone) or variety (PS4). In quality both are going to be equivalent.

I know lems are desperate for wins these days but it's better to accept reality than to hide from it.
