See, I can't tell if I should trust sites like G2A. I'm guessing they're reliable right? The only ones I trust so far are like GOG, GMG, Humble Bundle, Steam, and then retailers like Amazon.

I bought 2 games from them super cheap: Rise of the Tomb Raider and Street Fighter V, and The Wasdie Game presented by Ubisoft (The Division) I just preordered for cheap. So far, no issues with them.

@Blabadon: I think the levels in Captain Toad have enough diversity that keeps it fresh. Definitely not a game to just burn through; typically I've played 3 levels at a time and I feel pretty good about that. It's always left me in a good mood, and focusing on clearing them 100%.

It's an incredibly nice change of pace from the other games I'm playing through in my backlog, like The Witcher 3, Bloodborne, Pokemon, etc.

@Zassimick: to be fair I think there's a lot of good levels there, but they're way too rare and stuck between lots of crap levels, like those awful mine cart levels.

@Blabadon: Aw, I really enjoy the minecart levels. :P My wife enjoys watching them, too.

Really, there's only one level that I've disliked in the game so far: Episode 3-7 - Cagey Conkdor Caper.

@Zassimick: they were nice pacing breaks at first, later it became eh. My woman loves watching it too, game gets bonus points from me there.

That being said I fucking love collecting stars in the game. Same with Galaxy 1 and 2, SM64, etc. Something about Nintendo's stars are fun as **** for me to collect.

Know it's not game related but watched the first episode of The Walking Dead.

Not as good as the comics but daaaaaaaaaamn, that was good.

Watched the Pokemon marathon stream and despite the cliches and overdramatic scenes I enjoyed it quite a bit. Pokemon origins was great even though I knew what was going to happen because I played almost every Pokemon game. The death of Pokemon in that episode was surprisingly emotional and how cubone found its mother's ghost. Despite the kiddy nature of this show it's still a pretty good watch.

I like the lessons it tries to teach kids about friendship and caring for others. The Brock family reunion was great at how it portrays a family that is united and supportive of each other.

Lol at Ash usual sacrificial stance cliche that he has been doing since 1998. Mewtwo arrogance act was as bad as I remember too lol.

Maybe this is all me being nostalgic but I really had a good time.

So, I did some digging of old news regarding's NX Operating System. Nintendo denied rumors of it being an Android OS, but that rumor that was leaked stated that Nintendo OS is based on Android, meaning that it is built from Android but will be extremely modified to be Nintendo's custom OS much like Amazon's Fire OS and Nokia's X OS.

Well, despite having a Wii U since yesterday, I also started some Star Wars: The Clone Wars 02 for the GameCube. Been a while since I first played this on the Original XBOX at a doctor's office and I remember really liking it. Looking back at it now, MAN the on foot stages were worse than both Rebel Strike and Star Fox Assault combined.

Today my mind was blown when I found out the subtitle for DKC2, isn't Diddy Kong's Quest, but actually "Diddy's Kong Quest"

Holy shit, so Capcom is actually punishing rage quitters now. I didn't think they'd actually follow through. One gold player with 6000+LP just got knocked down to 500LP which is only 1LP over rookie status lol.

I'd hire a whole team to implement tons of goofy shit that happens at random. Like you go to throw a fireball and a bouquet of flowers pops out. Or all of your inputs randomly go inverted and every step makes a squeaky toy sound. You load out for match and you have gigantism of the feet, making your character stumble all over the place. You go to throw a kick and your character shits himself and dies. Even get character specific with it, like Ken becomes self aware about his hands being on fire, freaks out, and runs away screaming.

Man, that would be the best job ever.

I think DotA2 does something similar where they put you in a special matchmaking pool that will pair you with other toxic players if you have been reported too much or leave too much

CSGO just gives you continuously greater cooldown times for leaving (and probably effects your MMR)

And if you got caught cheating in titanfall, you could then only play in lobbies with other cheaters

When you entered a low prio for some reason, you need to complete at least 5 matches: Match queuing takes around 5mins before a match finds suitable players. This also doesn't count waiting for players to connect a game. During a game, if at least one of the players leave, that game won't count as "complete". The players who left the game will also be penalized. Instead of finishing low prio 5 matches, they will receive 2 additional more. Also, you cannot choose what non-custom game mode you'll play. It always be Single Draft. In Single Draft mode, you'll only be able to choose 3 random hero from pool.

P.S. It takes a maximum 2 mins and 30 secs waiting for other players to connect an instance of a dota game. If a player failed to connect to that instance, you'll be put the queue again.

P.P.S. There are 10 non-custom game mode in Dota 2.

Well Dark Souls 3 seems like the game that will get me back into gaming again.

I'm watching the Pokemon series from the start at the moment and in its original dub too. I am really having fun. I really like Ash's selfless acts and how he's outspoken about what he believes in. This is surprisingly fun to watch in spite of the age group it was made for. Maybe this is just a phase like the Power rangers one I had last year when I binge watched that series. I'm thinking I'm just feeling nostalgic perhaps hmmm. Nevertheless as long as it is fun I'll continue to view it.
