Yea, I like CRPGs but Im still slowly going through Divinity and kind of want a mindless action game right now.

Watched Psycho Pass. quite interesting and one of those animes that you wanna see what happens next. the first episode was great, then it was average now it's good. it's inconsistant but still good. i'm still early though, watching ep 7. i'll keep watching.
It's scary how your Psycho Pass can change and you either become an enforcer, locked in a prison, treated in a mental hospital or even be killed if it's unstable to the point your existance should be erased.
What changes people though? do you have to stop displaying emotions so that your mental state doesn't change or isolate yourself like the school girls in the anime that aren't allowed to interact much with the outside world?
Is the Psycho Pass system flawed? not every person is going to commit crime. just because you get an idea doesn't mean you are actually gonna do it or capable. the system just thinks that you are capable.
Yeah they don't explain the psycho pass/hue/criminal coefficient system all that well. But the director does cite Minority Report as one of the influences, which relates heavily to the whole latent criminal/pre-crime system.
But in relation to inspectors and enforcers, since in order to catch a criminal detectives may have to think like a criminal that can cause their crime coefficient to increase/hue to cloud. So they have the enforcers as a barrier between inspectors and criminals.

That's what made Kogami an enforcer. And they are treated like criminals because of it. kept as prisoners too. I think it's very flawed. you don't see detective in real life becoming criminals just because they think like one. but i guess in their world and future that's what it means.
Yeah, it's similar to Minority Report where people are arrested for "pre-crime": basically it's predicted they will commit a murder.
Psycho-Pass feels kind of odd that you like the main protagonists and you want them to succeed in catching the bad guys, but at the same time they are upholding a flawed system.
Since I was like "buy first, think later" with this card, I barely checked the specifications (or rather, didn't make sure that my specs matched them). So since it's been a loooong time since I've checked, I kinda mini panicked when I saw the "500W" psu requirement, and then the 6+8 pin requirement (in the windforce gigabyte version).
Turns out, I have a 700w psu, with 2 6+2 pin connectors. I sure did think ahead when I bought this psu 2 years ago. :P

Well, it depends on how well the 970 performs at 1440. You don't wanna be stuck with one card and a resolution that's too much for it. :P
The benchmarks fore the 970 have been pretty good for 1440p. Always playable framerates on pretty much anything. Crysis 3 for example, is fully playable (32 fps according to gs) maxed out at 1440p. But yeah, definitely worth getting the second card for SLI. You definitely don't want to be stuck at sub 60 fps for too long.
EDIT: Actually, you can get 60+ fps on Crysis 3 without a bunch of the unnecessary stuff like excessive AA, and maybe cut down on the tessellation.
