I agree that the gaming industry is filled with white males, but there are other ways to address this issue. Why is everyone so angry?

I think people in general need to grow the hell up. The feminist group needs to get over a couple guys getting hired. Gamers need to get over a lot more. Humanity (everyone) needs to start treating each other with a bit more courtesy and a hell of a lot more respect.

Threats from gamers like this is appalling to a level that makes me sad to call myself a gamer. Some of you still wonder why we (the hardcore group) are constantly frowned upon be society in general. The way you portray yourselves is the reason.

It's not just gamers. It's a species-wide trend. Or at least among the English, Polish, Russian, Dutch and German speaking communities that I have come across.

Just feel bad about being born a human in general, and join the NWO.

@bbkkristian: totally agree. Been of victim of the diversity first mentality myself. Got a 98 on the FDNY test but being white, Irish American going for a job heavy with that nationality I never got called for the physical. But nobody deserves the harassment. Unfortunately that's the truth and the problem is the internet. Instead of trying to rationalize we get highly defensive, using hateful slurs and so on doesn't help us to examine this extreme feminism with a fine tooth comb.

The only nazi's are the men who are so afraid of women having a voice or any power they throw this disgusting term around like it's just normal to compare anything to nazi's.

On one hand, I'm glad to see the press getting shit that's in the same vein as the nonsense they spew whenever a game doesn't have a female lead. The whole Ubisoft thing is hilarious now. They hire women, they have women in high ranking positions, they were the only company to have a non-white non-male host at E3, they've had games with female leads and games with non-white leads yet the press takes all of that in and somehow comes up with the idea that they're like bastions of racism and sexism in the industry.

Meanwhile the folk at Giantbomb who took major issue with Ubisoft have no females in high positions, have no minorities in high positions, have no minorities on their staff and and have no females on their staff. They are considerably worse than a company like Ubisoft. You generally avoid equal opportunity issues by falling back on percentages vs raw numbers. You could have more white males than any other group but if you hire an equal percentage (ie 10% of white males who apply get hired and 10% of asian females who apply get hired) than there's no issues. That's just how the applicants turned out. Giantbomb is at a whopping 0% for non-white males, which is immediately suspect. Good thing they got bought by Gamespot, owned by CBS so they can hide their preference and fall back on global CBS statistics.

On the other hand, stfu Leigh Alexander. She has had it in for them ever since she was on a E3 podcast, couldn't control her liquor, and just started spewing nonsense financial figures and professed a sexual Nazi fetish.

Isn't it her FAULT? Why must it be a FAULT? It can be a mistake, mistakes happen. Guys and girls sleep together without protection all the time. Killing babies isn't a form of birth control. It's an honest solution for people who are not ready nor do not want kids.

But that's the mistake that people make in the Pro-Life/Pro-Choice argument. Pro-choice isn't Pro-Abortion by a longshot. Many pro-choice people, including tons of women I know, are against abortions and would never get one based on their own principals. They just don't think someone else should decide what they do with their bodies.

I think a man clearly has a choice as to whether or not to have a kid. It's when he decides to wrap it up or not.

Well my gripe with this is, when ideologies start bleeding into others people literal business. Did I ask to be born this way? No, I was brought into this world with with no say. The way i've grown up, the way my brain and mind work in tandem have created me.

But I wasn't asked to be born a straight white male, to sit and have the feminist attack them or people like me is kind of redundant because nobody asked to be born white, straight and male.
