I don't find Destiny impressive looking one bit (i'd say its a notch above average) but i can't think of one game on the Bone that looks significantly more impressive. Faces looks better in Ryse but that's as good as it gets. Sad but not really since im not the one stuck with the system.
I thought Ground Zeroes was a better graphical show piece for next gen hardware. Destiny looks okay, but I think it could look a lot better considering its only running at 30 fps.

Nearly all assets in Ryse are of higher quality simply because of the specific focuses of the engine (CE3). This is a larger scale game, and looks good for an early cross gen game. You can def. see the Halo influences though just by watching everything.

Maybe but what's the point of having higher quality assets when its blurred out by that cinematic blur such as seen in the gameplay pic in this same thread? And compared to Destiny Ryse isn't just small and linear but a tech demo. That small and limited.
Who knows? That's an art decision, the tech still applies. Only Crytek could answer that for you honestly.
